Questions

Do I need CorelDRAW or a designer?

No. The guided maker designs the card from your answers. If you already have a design, upload it as a picture (or a PDF from CorelDRAW in the full studio) and the details are placed on it.

Which printers does it work with?

Any printer that prints a PDF at 100 %: PVC inkjet printers with a card tray, laser and digital presses on A4 / A3 / 12 × 18 / 13 × 19 sheets, and print shops you send the file to.

How are the photos matched to the students?

By the Sr No in the Excel: the photo of Sr No 1 is 1.jpg. A Photo column, roll / admission number or the name also work. Missing photos are listed before you print.

Can parents or HR check the cards before printing?

Yes — send the proof (every card with SAMPLE across it) as JPG or on WhatsApp. The print PDF unlocks only after you tick the customer's OK.

Can I make cards for a government office, police or a court?

Yes — with the organisation's authorisation letter or work order. Attach it in the app (number, date, issuing officer); it is recorded on your register and the cards can then be made. Official identity documents like Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID or passport can never be made.

Where is the data kept?

On your computer. The server keeps your account and settings; the Excel, photos and cards are handled in your browser.
